Return Policy

​All Sales are Final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, due to the nature of our products and to maintain efficiency, we have a strict 15-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• You must have the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

• Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. We are unable to accept returns requested after this 15-day period.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Downloadable software or digital products.

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

• Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

• Items missing original tags or packaging.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at djdodat@outlook.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your return.

2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request. If your return is approved and meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning to prevent damage during transit. Include all original packaging, tags, and any accessories. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a direct error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

• Please note that original shipping fees are NON-refundable unless the return is due to a direct error on our part.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.
